Redefine nutrition pro Xanthine is good shit... i think its the best shit for the money

My appetite was supressed for a while then it came back. I did start to feel the thermogenic effect go through me after about 30-40 minutes. Unfotunately I did not seem to have any belly fat reduction.
I rate a 3 because at least the energy is available should I need it.
