This 10 pound bucket was so hard to get through! I was taken the recommended dose, but GD!!! I was stuffing myself with this shit. There's only 36 servings in this 10 pound bucket. That's insane.. Anyway long story short I got through the bucket.. And I put on a few pounds which is good.. I probably should've spaced the bucket out ove a little more than a week but I wanted results. It worked for me!
