ProLab N-Large 2 is an amazing muscle builder. If you too are a football player, or you just need to add some weight, this is what you need. Not only does it tastes great, but it adds weight and size, and boosts your strength. My buddie is a Pro-Wrestler, and since I turned him on to N-large, he never stops raving about it. He was stuck at 205, and tried everything to gain weight but couldnt. He bought a bucket, and Wham!!! All of his lifts increased and his weight shot up. I know the protein ratio per scoop is pretty low, but trust me thats irrelevant because this stuff works big time.

30 servings is the most I've seen as of yet. It does clump up a little bit in milk so I just add 1/3 milk and 2/3 water. Taste is pretty darn good. All in all, I think this puts on quite a bit of mass for your money and will

always be the core of all my supplements. It won't add fat if you are working out right and have a clean diet. I've had alot of weightgainers, and this one is my favorite.

This product will definatley add the mass! But, do not expect to stay so lean looking or continue to have your 6 pack. This stuff will make you gain weight, and yes, even in places you didn't want it to. I don't use the full serving either, that would be like taking dirt and putting it in a shake and trying to make it not clumpy or thick. I use a half serving which still worked well for me but even that still put some fat around my abs. I really didn't like that but now it just gives me something to work hard at again. I'd recommend it but not sure if I would say to take it if you're not willing to gain some belly fat.

I've tried a few other weight gainers and this one is by far my favorite. I won't lie, the taste is pretty terrible, (Vanilla) however I'm an extreme hardgainer with a fast metabolism and it has definately helped. It's hard for me to gain any weight, even fat and I noticed increases within the first 2 weeks. I usually take about one serving a day or one serving and a half; once before workout and once in the afternoon. Sometimes I take it before bedtime if I feel I didn't consume enough calories.
As far as value for your money goes, this is bar-none the best out there. 30 servings is the most I've seen and if you are cutting that in half it will last you a long time!
