Been using this stuff for a good while now maybe a month or so. I've used other creatine products but they weren't pure mono. I've used blends. I went up 2 inches in arm size since purchasing prolab mono. I just put a scoop in my whey protein and its completly tasteless so if you want you can mix with gatorade or something. But anyway, highly suggest this product. Lasts 6 months too
