With Karbolic I sustain my energy during my workouts and I have seen considerable gains. Strawberry Popsicle is a phenomenal flavor. I take my Karbolic with I-load as well.

Karbolic is the only thing that seems to get me through a three-hour workout. I do extremely long endurance focused workouts.. Without karbolic I wouldn't be a little come close to finishing my workouts. It mixes fairly easily and is quite good.
