This stuff is absolutely amazing. I have trouble sleeping every now and then so I took 4 scoops of this stuff right before bed for sleeping purposes and it knocked me out. Closed my eyes and woke up 9 hours later feeling fantastic. Really, this stuff will put you to sleep if you want to use it for that. It also works very well for anti-anxiety and stress reduction. Great price and great product!!! P.s. Be careful to cycle this product because it can be addictive.
