My wife likes these Ostrim Sticks as a replacement for the fatty beef jerky you buy in the stores. I have to agree it is much less fat and it actually has health benefits we can both use. We both really love the sticks.
I wish we could get a hold of some Ostrich meat so we could make our own Ostrim Sticks.
