Excellent Amino product. These are essential for the bodybuilder/lifter/athlete that wants optimize recovery time. The one bad thing about these is they are horse pills. I crush mine and add it to a pre-workout shake. I pop them 4 - 6 times throughout the day to make sure I am always nourishing my muscles with this terrific blend of aminos! No side effects to speak of other than improved recovery time.  
   
These are definitely a permanent part of my supplement arsenal. Muscles have no choice but to grow!!!!
