This multi vitamin helped me to recover faster each day from a workout. I am 61 and exercise 1 hour a day. I took one in morning, and another (Sometimes) in afternoon. Taste is fine! NO after taste. I took vitamin with food. good product!

I bought this for my g/f because she wanted to take an supplement that would benefit her in a couple different ways and i suggested this. Since then she said she noticed her skin is softer as well as she having a little more energy during the day. So I would recommend this product to any woman because it has the right ingredients from a company with a great reputation for solid products.

I have been taking these for probably over a year now and I am completely devoted to this product. I used to take GNC women's multi's and I really prefer these. They are easy to take, no smell, and are a good price. ON is a great product and I recommend these for any woman looking for a good multi-vitamin.
