Optimum comes through with yet another quality product. The taste is my only problem with CGT 10, but none the less, it works. I'm recovering faster than ever and I'm never sore. I've noticed some small gains since starting this sup about 2 months ago. Glutamine is one of the best and most useful aminos on the market. Would recommend to anyone looking to increase endurance and speed recovery.

This stuff is pretty basic. It does what it says. It helps you build muscle, and speed up recovery. It doesn't taste amazing, and I did get some slight bloating but that was expected. I would recommend this stuff because it works, and because its affordable, but don't expect anything mindblowing.

Best creatine ever? Yes. It mixes good tastes good and works good. I noticed a lot of muscle gain and I recovered faster. It even helped me rep out a few extra sets. I got stronger more muscle mass and fast recovery. This stuff is great, cant go wrong with it. Good price too.
