This is got everything you need for postworkout recovery and then some! I've been buying optimum nutrition aftermax for months now and I just feel better.. Not quite as sore and I think I'm gaining muscle.

This product is great! Has everything a person would want in an after workout drink.....except sucralose! Artificial sugar is soooo bad. I wish more products contained stevia or just plain sugar. And, Maltodextrin is a useless filler that contains MSG. When trying to eat clean, these additives are a no no. That's why I gave 3 stars.
