I have been taking 2:1:1 recovery for just over a month now and I have had solid results and great recovery. It does what its supposed to do, which is to help you recover after hard workouts. My only complaint is the price. The price is fine if you only use 1 scoop per shake, but I use 2 scoops so a tub only has 15 servings.

This product is shockingly good. I usually take this after hardcore conditioning for basketball and the next day im not sore. I always have those workouts where you think to yourself “man am I going to be sore tomorrow” but im not after taking 2:1:1. Not only does it work it tastes great. I looked forward to drinking it after my work outs because it tastes go good.
