I have used this product multiple times over the past 2 years. I have gone from 23% body fat to 12% with adding this protein in after workouts to help contribute to my protein intake when cutting carbs and also bulking. I love the taste of this protein, it is lean, pure, and lots of great flavors to choose from. My personal favorite is banana as I have made many great protein bars, shakes, pudding, and even soups with it! All in all I get it an overall 5!

Great natural protein with a great taste. Mixes very easily. The chocolate flavor is to die for. By far the best protein on the market hands down. The price is the only downside but I guess you're paying for the natural whey.

This is by far the best whey protein I have ever used. I use to get just the regular gold standard whey from ON, but now I will only buy the Natural. The mix is so much thicker, more chocolatey, and sits in my stomach a lot better. I am going natural from here on out!

Any product that can break it down the way Optimum's 100% Natural Whey did has got to be a winner with nothing to hide. I've used Natural Whey for over 2 months now and can honestly say I feel the Natural power. I am having great lean mass gaines from Natural Whey. The whey is really getting in there and saturating my muscles causing growth and eliminating soreness just like they said it would. I am big on reps reps reps not so much on the super heavy weights. This seems to be just the ticket to get me to have the definition, mass and look that i want. As far as the taste, well for me it leaves a little something to be desired for sure. I would like to see them do something in the tropical fruit catagory. Working out it not always the most fun thing and the last thing you want to have to do is to choke down a mediocre to bad tasting workout shake. I think they can do that for us.

First things first, Optimum's 100% Natural Whey is just that! 100% Whey and nothing artificial in it. I am a young guy and I don't want to start mesisng my body up with all the aritificial this and chimical that. I swithched to Natural Whey 3 months ago after i heard about it at a fitness expo. When i first tried it i thought they were lying about the artificial stuff because because it was so sweet, they explained it was the stevia ( a plant they use for sweetner) and you may have to get used to the taste. The natural aspect of the Natural whey sold me and then as they explained the whey isolates repairing muscles after you workout and the whey peptides being really full of Whey fractions (the really healthy part of the whey) i was blown away. Every since then I have been a Optimum 100% Natural Whey guy.
