This stuff is great. I know the market is filled with weight loss supps. claiming to be the best, but this is truly one of them. My goal was to lose weight but also retain as much muscle mass as possible. So far that's exactly what I have done. I dropped 10 lbs. in just under 3 weeks. I also like the fact that this product doesn't contain a "high dose" of diuretic compounds. It is mainly a thermogenic type of weight loss supp. So I can assure you that i lost more fat than water weight. All in all a great product that i highly recommend.

I lost over 30lbs by taking 3 cycles of this stuff and my lifts went up... My body fat was at 6%..
