Hey there,
I'm 24,and have been taking some sort of fish oil / omega 3-6-9er product for about 7 years,usually by puritans pride,like I stated in my Opti-Men review I decided to switch things up and take something differed.
I switched to NOW's Omega 3-6-9,And I love the results. I naturally have depression issues,and since taking these I can feel a much brighter mood upon me.
My only downfall is having to take 2 pills 3x a day,sometimes I forget. Im used to the once daily pill. but no complaints,thats my own issue,Their product is solid.

NOW is a great company - I have a lot of trust in this company. They seem to be always in good standing, they are GMP certified. Omega 3 is a great product - simple, hard to over exaggerate. This product is mercury free, a good thing for sure. It's a great price, NOW is making quality products, good job!! Some complain about the fish burps - hey, deal! Don't start with super high amounts, take it with food - do some research and understand what it is and how to take it!!!
