The two things I don't like about NOW L-arginine is that the pill is huge and that the dosing seems low. I've had other Arginines before and they just seemed to give me a bigger pump. Now food makes some great products but I would go with another brand for L-arginine.
The price is the only thing that I love about this.
Overall way too many cons to this and not enough pros!

I have had stronger forms of Arginine but this by NOW was ok. It tastes very bad and you need to wash it down fast to not taste it. My pumps were definitely not spectacular but the erections from it were.
If you are used to taking Arginine you may be disappointed but if it is your first,this will be good for your first run.
