Of all the multis I've tried, this one is my favorite. You just can't beat the price and the nutrient profile looks great. I'm using the tabs, I know a lot of people worry about absorption with tabs but I've done quite a bit of research and they absorb just fine. Just remember to take a multi with food as food allows for more complete absorption.
