Somebondy gave me a Detour bar box as a gift and that changed my outlook on these protein bars. Now i use detour as a mrp because of the 12 grams of protein, it really helps to curb my appetite. The caramel peanut is my favorite flavor by far. It is a little high in the calorie dept but i use it before I go to the gym so it balances itself out.
