i've been using this stuff for a month...
i read MANY reviews before i purchased it...
from the reviews, i determined it was between gold standard whey and nature's best zero carb.
the nature's best had more protein per serving, much more.
just look at the numbers...optimum 24 grams per serving and nature's best 50 grams per!
anyway, so i got the nature's best and it has worked great.
i work out 5x a week and stick to a low fat, high protein diet.
get the vanilla.
it tastes like reg vanilla milk shake.
it tastes pretty good.
no complaints.

Stuff is great. Im on my third jug. Im 5'11 and way about 175 lbs. I
run track for school and I like to stay lean. Stuff is great..high protien
and doesn't fill you up like some shakes do...I took Nitro-tech hardcore and
muscle milk, but that stuff gave me serios gas..this stuff is lactose free
and doesnt. I take NO shotgun before and this after. Im 17 and benching 230
at 175.
Amazing, but disgusting - June

I was taking the GNC brand whey, and then the 100% Whey stuff. I didn't really see results from either. I decided to try Isopure because of the low fat and extreemly high protein count. After first taste, it doesn't seem that bad, but once you get to the end of the shake, your body is nearly rejecting it. I've both the vanilla and chocolate flavors, and both tasted like chalk mixed with artificial sweetner. The results though, were fantastic. I remained slim, but got really cut, and if thats what you're looking for, and you don't care about the taste, go for it. Just don't give this to anyone who is depressed, becuase they will most likely commit suicide. |
