This stuff has caused me to gain about 10 lbs muscle and provided me with enough nutrition after my post workout phase.I stacked it with legal gear's IGH-1 and also NO shotgun...in this 6-8 week period i seen crazy results...i was 6'4 230 before the stack I am now a lean 245 and am constantly see gains in strength every workout
