As a dietary supplement, mix 2 heaping scoop of Muscle Tech Phase8 with 2 scoops of 100% Whey Protein. This helps keep the protein levels up for my body weight. I like the taste and they work well together. This combination seems to work well for me. I have seen improvement is gains of lean muscle mass. Starting bodybuilding at older age Protein Supplements has given me the results I have been looking for.
