Hydroxycut Advanced really works; however, you have to care in following the directions of taking it. Since it contains alot of caffie, this supplement could speed up your heartbeat alittle (more than your normal heart beat rate). Plus, you should drink alot of water (approx 2.5 L = 1/2 Gallon).
