Just finished the recommended 21 day cycle and I am very pleased with the results. The only side effect I noticed was the slight temper increase, but not nearly as bad as what most people have said. My muscle toneness has definatly come out a lot more and will more then less likely use again when I hit my maxs after this winter cycle passes.

it did its job and work great but my temper was a lil out of wack but i would still recemend this to anyone

This product wasn't bad at all. Not what you want to use if you are trying to add on 15 pounds of muscle quickly. I used it for the recommended 21 days, along with Nitro-tech(protein powder) and Cell-tech(creatine powder). After the 21 days I've put on about 5 pounds of solid muscle. Only problem I really had was that I found I was a little on edge after taking the dosage. I had a shorter temper.
