This stuff is a great alternative to creatine. It's nice because it gives the same effect without damaging your kidneys.

good stuff overall, i have tryed alot of stuff some legal some not. I have found that over time i can get pretty much the same results with this stuff it just takes a little longer. Increased strength alot and i didnt have to take a ton of pills everyday like some other creatine produts and no real side effects from it. Definitly recommend it, should start to notice results after a week or two |
