Been on Aplodan for about 2 weeks and this stuff has me solid. Had a little soreness about day 4 of this stuff. I have not had soreness after working out since I don't know when. Now I feel like my muscle is hard as a rock.Excellent stuff definetly buy this.

I have tried Aplodan and just like every other product from MuscleTech it is a SCAM! MuscleTech spends their money on ADs not quality products. You will get more out of a protein shake then this bottle of sugar pills.
