Good stuff with great taste just a little heavy on the stomach. I didn't notice any changes in my workouts till I ran out of Anotest, It's about time to order some more!

I've only been taking this stuff a little while, so I can't tell you how well it works. I can tell you, though, that it taste really great. I drink it before and during my workout and it is like drinking Hawaiian Punch. Most supplements claim they taste great when they really taste pretty nasty. This stuff, on the other hand, actually does taste great. It's even better if it's cold (throw a few ice cubes in the shaker).
