I highly recommend this product! I have tried both the chocolate fudge and vanilla caramel. Both are good but i prefer the vanilla. It mixes well with water. I saw drastic results after the first work out on this stuff. I take it 1 hour before I work out and also on rest days. I am more than satisfied with the continued results.
