I've tried a few ZMA products in the past, again I tend to like MP products over others and this is another great product by them. Without zma, I tend to wake up throughout the night. When taking zma, I get a full night sleep and wake less. Keep in mind, these aren't sleeping pills that will make you fall asleep but help you achieve deeper, fuller sleep.

Best ZMA I've tried. I'd taken a couple different brands in the past and the Musclepharm seems to work best. It may be about the dosing, but all I know is that it works.
