I'm a huge fan of MP products as I hear a lot of good things about them and positive reviews from their users. To be honest, with this and as with all other post-workouts, you dont really 'feel' a dfference between any of them. Bascially you judge by their claims and ingredients. Keeping in mind the necessary nutrients your body needs after a workout and the suggested dosages.  
   
With that said, can't speak for the performance of this but, the taste and mixibility were great. Had the fruit punch and it tasted great. Inexpensive too!

This product mixes up well, tastes good (fruit punch flavor), a lot like Kool-Aid. This is my intra workout drink, I use this instead of just a BCAA drink during my workout then I have a protein/carb drink post workout. I think intra/post workout drinks are underrated, people spend to much time on pre workout stims instead of post workout drinks that can help you recover. I think this is a great product, it's now part of my program, I'd highly recommend it!
