I ordered the MP Bullet Proof looking for something different than Somatomax mainly due to cost. The MPBP has worked great. The grape taste is a bit strong but that is partly because I don't put as much water as suggested. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is it doesn't mix real easily but still not too bad. But I get the same results with restful sleep which is aiding recovery. I will definitely purchase again when this order is all gone.

I got the orange raspberry flavor, thought it wouldn't taste good and it didn't, at first. Once you get used to it, you want to drink it all the time! It mixes up easy with no clumps and it has a good texture to it.  
 
I had mixed results with this stuff - the first night I slept good but woke up out of it - not good. It did help with soreness but who wants to be draggin in the morning? Usually I have good energy when I get up. The next night I took it, even though I felt calm and relaxed, I could not sleep at all. I was up for an extra couple of hours when I didn't wnat to be! I've used this 12 or 13 more times since and it's been more of the same - wake up groggy but not sore, or wake up feeling like crap because I couldn't sleep. A lot of time I woke up not really feeling anything from using it. I feel the product caused all this, nothing else in any part of my daily routine changed, no exercise routinen chnages, no changes in my diet, no new stress or anything.  
 
This was a decent value but it's not worth it - I just didn't get much out of it. I gave it a 3 more for the taste than anything else but I don't recommend it.
