I am about 1/2 way through my container of Amino1 by MP. First, let's talk taste. I currently take the cherry limeade flavor, and it's amazing. It's definitely one of the best flavors of intra-workouts that I have had to date. Just like all other intra's I mix it with about 32 oz of water because it is just too sweet otherwise, but once I do that, it's fantastic. The one thing I wish MP had incorporated into Amino1 is glutamine. There is none. I may be getting enough through my protein supplements, but I want my recovery drink to have glutamine. My next purchase will be Scivation Xtend.
