This may seem like a pretty inexpensive protean but if you really look at it now with all the new proteins on the market it's actually not that great of a value.. By the way, Syntha 6 makes a Cake batter as well. Protein blends have come way down in price.

I fist tried MGN products after a recommendation from a friend. I find this product to be the best deal for whey protein out there. I use vanilla and mix it with fruit, coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, anything really, and love it. Tastes really good, mixes well, and is REALLY affordable.

I just received my order and was very excited to make a shake. Great flavor and smell, just like a cinnamon bun. I mixed on scoop and 10oz of water in to my shaker. I shook vigorously for several seconds and it did not mix well at all. I stirred with a spoon and still the same result. I decided to power through the clumps and ended up eating it more than drinking it. However, even eating it was not bad, still very much like a cinnamon bun. It also says it is rich in BCAAs but gives no breakdown on the BCAA ratio.
