As the strongest guy competition winner in my high school I find that it is a VERY effective protein, I just started taking it twice a day and it is so worth it. My muscle growth was very fast and I saw results within a week or two. It tastes great and the results are excellent. The only drawback is the fact that this stuff does not have vitamins or anything else so you have to stack with some sort of vitamins a good BCAA and OF COURSE a good glutamine. This is one of the best proteins out there I think because it has a really good taste very effective and for the money you get a lot of servings for the price you pay.

Ive tried it for about 3 weeks now, its good stuff so far. Ive had better than average workouts, and recovery time is cut about in half. So i'd say go for it if you're curious. I am 6'2" and went from 195lbs to 203 lbs in 3 weeks while losing some fat. Flavor and taste is a key factor for my protein choices, this is one of the best yet. If you are looking for a good protein powder that has high quality ingredients and has a great taste as well, well mri pro-nos is your protein choice. One main thing you have to do is drink plenty of water or else you'll have gas all day with many trips to the restroom.
