Product worked effectively for what I wanted.

The Ce2 Hi Def and No2 Platinum took about 18 to 20 days before really noticing the effects. Now, however, it's like I don't get sore even after being in the gym for hours. If I do get sore after a full workout I just simply take a 5 to 10 minute break and my body feels like it's ready to work out again. I bought another bottle of No2, which I recommend, because this stack does take patience and time.

This product made my muscles hard in 3 days. Did not see increase in strength though.
