Lots of good buzz in the gym about this product, so I decided to switch from whatb I was using and give this product a shot.  
 
I gained a decent amount of muscle while on this product, I've used this for 5 weeks, taking it twice a day as directed and I've gained about 5 pounds of lean mass so far. Good enduraance as well!  
 
It doesn't really mix up well, it's grainy but that's not a big deal, just add some more water, shake and drink the grains that didn't mix the first time. I've got the fruit punch and it tastes pretty good, almost like a soda.  
 
The price isn't bad because you are getting several types of creatines in one product - not bad at all.  
 
I will use this again, no doubts.
