I started taking MHP Takeoff this week after it being recomended in a Vitamin Store about two weeks ago. I use it for the energy boost and because it has Ginkgo Biloba. I am not sure if it is just placebo effect but I definately have more energy and am more focused after just two pills. The Ginkgo helps me with my memory and the other stuff gives me the energy so I can get more done throughout the day. I am even motivated to go on the internet and write this article. I have not seen any weight loss but I have only been on it for a week with no side effects. I have been a lot more active so I expect to have shed a few pounds by the time I finish the bottle.

This is not a magic pill and will not work unless you help yourself as well by eating properly and getting in some exercise. I got TakeOFF to help me take it to the next level because I had reached a plateau in my weight loss. This will help me get over that hump and start losing weight again.  
 
As always when I take TakeOFF, my mood and energy is increased ten percent. I can think clearly because of the Ginko and I have energy like crazy. I have college homework to do always and TakeOFF has really kept me focused through that.
