I don't know what the hell is in this stuff but its like a cure all for any ailment. It's seriously ridiculous! I'm at 9% body fat.. I feel like a new man. I haven't been sick at all! Plus I have kids so you know those little shits bring home diseases all the time! My wife says I look 10 years younger.. And I'm thinking about getting a mistress.

I have been using this product for 3 years. Just had my 60th birthday. One thing you do not get from the instructions is that you should take this supplement for three months and then take a month off. If you go to the MHP website there is documentation about how to use it. A few things I have noticed about my body since I have used this is that, my hair has not turned grey, It is getting thinner but has stayed brown. I had liver spots on my hands before use and they are now almost completely gone. I try to work out 3 days a week with a superset type workout, quick reps with little rest between sets as I rotate between two or three different exercises. I can complete a workout in about 40 minutes that way after a 30 min run or bike. Since I have started on this supplement I can work harder on the exercises and recover sooner. Im not trying to build, just maintain and be in reasonable shape for my age. I have also noticed that at the end of the recommended month off using the S-one that I have less energy. It is definitly worth a try to see if it works for you.
