Met-Rx Protein Plus Food Bars taste isn't that great. However, you get alot of protein. The price is decent, could be a little lower. I like having one in my center console of my car when I am driving around so if I get hungry and pass a fast food joint it is a good way to curb any potential bad habits.  
 
The best part about these protein plus bars is that they're so chewy they give your jaw muscles a heck of a workout!
