Low fat , easy to prepare, 12 grams of proprietary protein per serving and actually tastes good just like it is without syrup or jam!
I would not have believed it had I not tried it myself.

I could not believe that all you had to do was add water! I bought it and it is true AND it actually tastes good. I did have to add a little syrup to it (real Maple). It was hard to beleieve that I was actually eating pancakes and they were really nutritious and good for me and my body.
