Met-Rx Meal Replacement is the original and the ultimate high protein MRP! I have taken Met-Rx Meal Replacement for years and will continue to. I can do my workout and not want to pass out for lack of nutrients. I can go about my daily business and feel good and not focused on food. Met-Rx Meal Replacement mixes up easily in a blender, that's the only thing I have used for it, and the flavors they have are all very good. You actually look forward to having to drink a shake.

This is the MRP of MRP's. Met-Rx hit the mark with this one! I love this Meal Replacement because I can drink it three times a day and feel like I ate 2-3 meals for the day. I have been using Met-Rx's MRP since I was 14 training for football. This has been a staple in my diet and I don't intend to let it go anytime soon.  
 
The extreme Chocolate is wonderful, I can't say I could not think of a better flavor, because I could but I do love this one. The only thing I would like them to do is to make it more mixer blender shaker friendly. When you mix it up most of the time there is prouct dtuck to the sides of whatever you mix it in. I hate losing any powder ... period. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to either gain muscle back or add it to a stack to gain more muscle and lose some fat.

Excellent tasting product. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it is way to thick for my taste. It keeps me full for 3 hours, and last but not least, it doesn't make me fill bloated after drinking it. I like to mix it with O.J. or water to get it as thin as possible. It helps build muscle and I have had great results every since I have used it.
