I bought this for my training partner after reading about it. It was amazing to see the changes in focus, he had increased strength gains where struggling at top weights all while he started leaning out with not changing much at all diet wise.

Tried this and loved it. Intensity and focus was incredible. Strength gains on all lifts..Leaned out with cutting calories.

great test boost muscles are harder and leaner and I have more energy during my workout.
