This product did nothing it said it would do. Overall it was over priced and not worth buying. No gains no size nothing. I'm in the gym 7 days and while on this product I felt nothing. Wouldn't buy this product.

Noticed significant improvement in strength and size in less then 3.5 weeks. A little water retention it seems but overall completely satisfied.

Stuff is amazing! Gained 5lbs in the first week. On a 4 week cycle at 4 am and 4 pm. Strength gains are amazing. A little water retention and some acne but thats about it.
