This is a great all around pre workout. It has a great profile and a good taste to match. The energy provided is subtle, without jitters. Focus is there and you notice the energy and focus continuing into 20+ sets. If you don't need tons of stimulants and are looking for smooth energy, focus and some pump, this is for you.

Well the first thing is this: this stuff does not taste good at all so if you only buy for taste then don't waste your money. But if you aren't a sissy and buy/use for the results a product can give you instead of what it tastes like, then this is money well spent. The price is really good for what you're getting but, like other LG products, it just does not taste good at all. I'm using the strawberry/lemonade flavor and, yes, I just have to chug it as fast as I can and get it over with! It mixes Ok - I don't use alot of water- so there is some chalkiness. But once you get it down, you get the tingles from the beat alanine and you begin to feel it working - you want to storm the gym and attack the weights! This says it supports test production and I can see that, I get that test anger from taking this but you direct it to the weights. I am getting more focus but most pre's do that now. For taste, this is one of my lowest ranked products but for pre workout stims, I rank it in my Top 3. It really delivers!
