I'm so glad others have found the sleeping benefits of ZMA to be as great as I have. I originally bought this to boost my test levels and found a myriad of other health benefits while taking this supplement. The Zinc, Magnesium and B6 have quickly become my favorite trio. I recover faster, sleep deeper and am thrilled with this product. ZMA has far surpassed my expectations. Many people are deficient in Zinc and Magnesium, so in addition to boosting free test, this will give replenish your depleted stores form intense exercise.

I ordered this product because I have trouble sleeping, and wanted to take something non narcotic, and know people who have had weird dream/nightmare problems w/ melatonin. I did reasearch and found out about ZMA, and decided w/ the added bonus of helping you w/ your gains while you sleep, i would give it a try. It Works!  
 
It doesn't make you fall asleep faster or anythying like that, but what it does is when you do go to sleep you will find that it is a more restful sleep. I feel more rested and like my muscles have better repair by the time I wake up in the mornings. The only negative is that it is kind of pricey for being ZMA.

what I thought and what the product is and does wes two totally different things. I'm thinking I am going to be a snorting, grunting testosterone laden maniac after a few pills. It turns out that I would be a sleeping, peaceful, balanced, focused guy whose muscles we less sore and more rested each day.  
 
It turns out that ZMA will actually help you get a better nights sleep while it increases test levels and repair your muscles from your rigorous workouts you've done. I have had much better results from mu workouts now, so I make sure I pump the extra pumps and add that extra weight for next time.
