I bought this for my morning shake, as I find it hard for me to eat early in the morning. Took it for a bulk. I only use about 80% of the suggested serving, but let me tell you, this is one thick shakes. It soaks up water like concrete. I bought this because it had a good ratio of carbs:protein and the sugar content was not astronomical, like most gainers. It keeps me full for about 2 hours, just in time for my breakfast burrito. Worth buying if you need something to beef up your calorie count. Again, very thick, so overload it with water/liquid if you need to.

Mass Peak delivered results way faster than I could've ever imagined. I put on over 64 pounds of pure fat! I love it! I'm so much bigger now it's incredible when everyone looks at me they like DAMMNNNN! What the hell happened to you? I tell em' mass peak did it. Now that the loading phase is over all I got to do start working out!
