Emailed a rep at the research and development at Iforce. He told me because of the crystallized form that it comes in, the bio availibility is up ten fold. The correct dosage is anywhere from 75 to 100 mg a day for this form alone. So far been on it two weeks and strength and weight has gone up. Now for such negativity upon this supplement I am very happy with my current results.

I'm going to give this product four stars because of the dosage being so low if the dosage was a lot higher I would've given this product five stars because it is a very good product. It's pure, all natural, and works incredibly well if you up the dosage. ECDY 300 is definitely the way to go over this product If you're looking for a higher dosage. This is great for people who are just getting into natural steroids.

Good quality but I think the dosage is too low. You would have to take quite a bit of this to see results and its a little expensive.

Small dosage 25mg only.. recommend 5mg in 1kg you weights.

It gives me hard muscles and helps a little bit with strength.It does not grow muscle for me or give me as much energy as Sci-Fit Ecdysterone 300 does.
