After reading a bucketload of reviews I purchased this product with extremely high hopes. I was looking for something that would give me a lot of energy and expended throughout the day. I can't stand the taste of pre-workout powders and was hoping this would be enough so that I didn't need to take anything prior to the gym. After taking it, the first day I found it did what it said - minus appetite suppression - which wasn't a concern of mine anyway so I didn't mind that. However, after day 1, the change in energy was nothing. It really did nothing except give me energy the way a cup of coffee would in the morning. I have to take pre-workout still if I am looking to get a really good workout. Overall, disappointed. This has nothing on Lipo Six Hers.
