minimal energy boost, no muscle swelling, got a little pump. maybe faster recovery when I used ids waximaize with my protein shake.. But I didn't get stronger or have more energy and I definitely didnt look more vascular ('veinier').. It says on the label that it will remove water below the skin to reveal abs and cuts but definitely did not happen for me
