I've seen so many mixed reviews on this liquid whey.. Let me tell you from experience that the taste is terrible. That being said it's actually very very clean protein and I highly recommend it if you can get through the taste, and aftertaste.

This is a great concept and quite possibly even good for you. That being said, this stuff tastes like ass. I couldn't even finish the box it was so disgusting. They leave an aftertaste like you wouldn't believe. IDS needs to go back to R and D to come up with something new. I'm fully aware of how 'convenient' this is.. but I'd rather use a shaker than drink this garbage.

I can't tell you how grateful I am that a company has come up with a easy to use shooter of Whey and Casein Protien. I always hated having to chug down 12 oz of not so tasty shake. Because of this product I have packed on pounds of lean muscle in a short period of time. I wouldn't and don't buy anything else!!!
