Warning! IDS Multi-pro Whey recently changed its formula! They quadrupled the cholesterol and fat content from the original formula!  
 
I was able to purchase the last 3 of the 'original' formula of this product here at I'll Pump You Up. I called the people at IDS New Whey and they told me the reason that they did this was because the price of whey protein had gone way up. So essentially they are selling a far inferior product than they used to but charging consumers the same. Because of the change in formula I was getting bloated and started having diarrhea due to the fact that the new instructions required me to take more of the powder therefor causing me to consume more junk. I gained 5 pounds in two weeks because of the new formula. Fortunately the guys I buy from here in Woodstock GA refunded my money and I went online to track down the last of the original formula - I found it here at I'll Pump You Up - but sorry everyone - I bought the last of it. I have started using another product that is higher in whey protein - I suggest everyone stay away from IDS Multi-Pro Whey because even if they return to their original formula, you'll never be sure that they wont pull the slip on you in the future. It would be better if they just kept the original formula and charged more (NOTE: This review is not against I'll Pump You Up - they treated me very well and I got great customer service)

Their former 'Belgian' Chocolate was greatmix it up in the morning and take it to work (I'm a bariatric patient) for my afternoon snack.  
   
The new 'Chocolate' has a scoop that's double the original size (lots of fillers), doesn't taste as good, and if you mix it ahead of time, you end up with pudding!!  
 
I've adjusted, but will be looking for new (after 5 years of using this) once this 10# is gone!

Great protein, good taste and a good value for the money. The protein granules are pretty small so it mixes easy by itself or in things like oatmeal, pudding or yogurt. I'll mix it in with sugar/fat free pudding for a tasty snack and it mixes in great. Most of the time I have with my oatmeal and egg whites in the morning and it mixes well and doesn't mess with the flavor. It's great for any recipe you want to add protein to - pancakes or protein brownies, for example. This is my # 1 protein, it gets a big thumbs up from me!
